Vicki Cantrell

Co-Founder of VIP Awards

Vicki Cantrell is a retail strategist, community builder, former COO and CIO in the retail industry, and is recognized for relationship building and accelerated growth. 

She most recently served as Retail Transformation Officer for Aptos, Inc., developing customer experience and relationship based go-to-market strategies.
Before Aptos, Cantrell was NRF’s SVP, Communities and Executive Director, Shop.org, providing strategic direction and management of Shop.org, CIO Council, Digital Council, CMO Council, ARTS and Loss Prevention Council. 

Prior to NRF, Cantrell served as the Chief Operating Officer of Tory Burch, and has also worked as CIO of Giorgio Armani Corporation and held senior level positions with Gucci Group, Party City and JCPenney.
Cantrell is an active member of the Retail Orphan Initiative, is on the Advisory Board of sparks & honey, and a board member of Tandy Leather Company.

Dave Finnegan

Customer Experience Officer - The Orvis Company 

In 2014 Dave joined The Orvis Company where he is the Customer Experience Officer bringing together Marketing, Creative and Technology with one mission: to deliver great customer experiences.

Prior to Orvis he was with Build-A-Bear Workshop for nearly fifteen years, serving as Chief Information Officer. Dave serves on the Executive Committee of the National Retail Federation- CMO Council. Dave also serves on the Retail Analytics board at Northwestern, and has formerly
been the CIO sponsor of the Knowledge @ Wharton program.

Dave has been recognized with several awards over his career, from the Top 100 CIOs by CIO Magazine to Omni Channel Innovation award given by Retail Connections magazine. Dave’s work has also been featured in numerous publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, Retail Information Systems News and Retail Connections.

Deborah Weinswig

CEO & Founder of Coresight Research

Deborah Weinswig is CEO and Founder of Coresight Research, a research and advisory firm specializing in disruptive technologies reshaping today’s retail landscape. 

Coresight Research has a global presence spanning the US, Europe and Asia, including deep expertise in the fast-changing China market. Weinswig serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Industries NY/NJ, GUESS?, Inc., Kiabi, Street Soccer USA and Xcel Brands, Inc.

She is on the advisory board of the World Retail Congress and Retail Analytics Council, WWD Women in Innovation and a mentor for several accelerators.

Weinswig is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

insight.

Reyhle is a frequent guest and contributor to various media outlets that include The Today Show, Forbes and countless B2B publications. Additionally, Reyhle has been the Spokesperson for American Express’s Small Business Saturday since 2014 and is the Author of the book “Retail 101: The Guide to Managing and Marketing Your Retail Business” from McGraw-Hill.

Reyhle writes regularly and is recognized as a Top 10 out of 100 worldwide retail thought leaders from Vend and is a retail “futurist” for IBM. Reyhle is also the Co-Founder of the Independent Retailer Conference.

Cindy Lincks

Cindy Lincks  has unique experience working in agency, software, retail and start-up environments.

Most recently, she was CEO and Founder of the VC backed (Forerunner, NEA, Commerce Ventures, F3) Tech Company, Reachify, and formerly VP of Ecommerce at Brooks Brothers overseeing performance marketing, development, contact center, online merchandising and data.

Her collective background provides in-depth knowledge of digital, eCommerce, marketing and software technologies.
